Planning a wedding shouldn't feel like a second job.
WEDWORTH exists for the stretch between the proposal and the wedding day — the months where you're suddenly managing a budget, a guest list, a dozen vendors and a hundred small decisions, usually with no experience doing any of it.
What we built
The WEDWORTH Planning System is three connected parts, not three separate downloads:
- The Planning System — a 15-module, 100-lesson guide from your shared vision and maximum budget to the final week, the wedding day and everything after.
- The Planning Workbook — a 12-tab Excel workbook for your budget, guests, checklist, vendors, payments and wedding-day plan, with a Master Index dashboard that pulls your key totals into one view.
- The AI Wedding Assistant — 26 ready-to-use prompts for the vendor emails, negotiations and wording you'd rather not write from scratch.
Why it's structured this way
Most digital wedding planners are a pretty template with blank fields — you still have to build the thinking yourself. WEDWORTH gives you the frameworks already worked out: a maximum-budget method with a contingency buffer, venue and vendor scorecards, a guest-list-to-headcount process, and a wedding-day run sheet with named owners. You fill in your details; the system keeps them organized.
What we will not do
We don't invent universal wedding prices or legal rules — those vary enormously by country and region. The system gives you the structure, the trackers and the right questions, and tells you plainly when something needs checking locally or with a professional. We also won't promise a stress-free wedding or guaranteed savings. Nobody can.
