Refund policy
The WEDWORTH™ Planning System is a digital product, so there's nothing to send back. Here's exactly how refunds work.
If you haven't downloaded the files yet
Bought it by mistake or changed your mind before downloading? Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you in full.
If a file is missing, damaged or won't open
That's on us. Email us with your order number and we'll fix it — by resending the file or sending it in a format that works for you. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
If you've already downloaded the files
Because digital files can't be returned once they've been delivered and downloaded, we don't normally offer refunds after download, except where a file is faulty as described above.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
