1. What you are buying
WEDWORTH products are digital files (guides, spreadsheets and prompt packs for planning your own wedding), delivered by download link after payment. Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase.

2. Your licence
You receive a personal licence to download, use, edit and print your purchase to plan your own wedding, including sharing it with your partner and the people helping you plan. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly or claim the files as your own work.

3. Not professional advice
WEDWORTH products are planning tools and general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or contractual advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional wedding planner. Wedding costs, contracts, laws and marriage requirements vary by country and region, so always verify important details locally and with the relevant professionals.

4. AI prompts
The AI Wedding Assistant prompt pack is designed for third-party AI tools that you choose. We are not responsible for the output of those tools. Always read and check AI-generated text before relying on it or sending it to anyone.

5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

6. Accuracy and updates
We work to keep our products accurate and useful and may improve them over time. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, saving or result from using them.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
