Is this a physical product?
No. It's a digital download — nothing is shipped.
How do I receive it?
Your download links arrive in your order confirmation email, usually within minutes. You'll get three files: the Planning System (PDF), the Planning Workbook (Excel) and the AI Wedding Assistant (PDF).
What exactly is inside?
A 15-module, 100-lesson planning guide; a 12-tab workbook (budget, guest list and summary, master checklist, vendor comparison, payment tracker, wedding-day timeline, photography shot list, final-week and emergency-kit checklists, plus a Master Index dashboard); and 26 AI prompts across 8 areas. Can I use it outside the United States?
Yes. You enter your own numbers, so the budget works in any currency. Wedding costs, contracts and legal requirements vary by country, so the guide tells you when something needs checking locally.
Can my partner use it too?
Yes. It's designed for couples planning together — the checklist has an owner column so you can split tasks.
Do I need wedding-planning experience?
No. It's built for people planning their own wedding, often for the first time.
What software do I need?
A PDF reader for the guide and prompt pack, and a spreadsheet app for the workbook. It's built in Excel and uses standard formulas, so it can also be opened in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers.
Can I edit the spreadsheet?
Yes. It's built for you to fill in. Example rows show how each tab works — overwrite or delete them. A few status and total columns calculate themselves from the numbers you enter.
How does the AI Wedding Assistant work?
It's a pack of 26 written prompts. You fill in the bracketed details and paste them into an AI assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. It doesn't include an AI subscription. Always read the response and check anything factual before you rely on it.
Is this personalised wedding advice?
No. It's a structured system and prompt library — not advice from a licensed planner, lawyer or financial advisor.
My wedding is soon. Will this still help?
Yes. The guide includes a plan for compressing a short engagement, plus final-30-days and wedding-day modules.
What happens after I purchase?
You'll get a confirmation email with your downloads. It's a one-time purchase — nothing recurring, no subscription.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't downloaded the files, yes, within 14 days. If a file is faulty, we'll fix it or refund you. See the refund policy.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see your full card details.
