Shipping policy

WEDWORTH™ sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no customs and no waiting, wherever you are in the world.

How you receive your files
After payment, your download links are included in your order confirmation email, usually within minutes. You'll receive three files:
- The WEDWORTH Wedding Planning System (PDF)
- The WEDWORTH Planning Workbook (Excel)
- The AI Wedding Assistant prompt pack (PDF)

If your email hasn't arrived
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there after 15 minutes, email gemera1904@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your links.

Keep your files safe
Save the files to your computer or cloud storage as soon as you download them. If you ever lose them, email us with your order number and we'll help.
